21/05/20 - Reopening
The Horizon Plastics team have been working hard to introduce new measures to both stores, ready for our doors to open on Tuesday 26th May!
Our store opening hours will be 7:30 – 16:00 (Monday – Friday) which will give us an opportunity to follow a strict daily cleaning regime. Please note, we will not be opening Saturday’s at this stage.
Due to high demand, we are looking to start offering more delivery slots & have implemented new procedures to ensure we are following government guidelines. We would however appreciate your continued co-operation and are kindly asking customers collect goods where possible.
Please just be aware that we are still only operating with a reduced workforce, to restrict movement & minimise contact in the stores and warehouse & appreciate your patience if we take a little longer than usual! If you can, please continue to order online and use our click and collect service to help us out!
For your own health & safety - and that of our colleagues – please help us out by adhering to the measures we’ve carefully put in place for you.

21/04/20 - Restricted Opening
In a bid to continue supporting our valued customers, we have decided to offer a collection only service from Thursday 23rd April 2020 in both our Launceston and Bodmin stores.
Many of our suppliers are starting to operate at a lesser capacity, so lead times on certain products may be extended, but the supply of building plastics and various other materials will begin to resume slowly. This is another reason for our decision opening on a 'collection-only' basis for pre-ordered materials.
Please ensure all orders are placed via email (or request a call back to ensure you have everything you need) as we will not be able to add to orders at the time of collection – we will instead have to book you another slot at the next available time.
We will not be able to accept cash or cheques. Normal account procedure can be observed providing accounts are up to date. All other orders will need to be paid in full prior to collection.
Returns will only be accepted once normal trading resumes.
We will be putting strict measures in place to ensure social distancing is adhered to and this will be made clear at the time of arrival. You will not be allowed to enter the shop, store, showroom or toilet facilities. Your orders will be pre-picked and ready to load in a designated area.
At present, frame & glass orders can be taken, but orders may not be fulfilled until some of our suppliers return. If you have upcoming orders, make sure they are placed and signed off so that we can arrange priority delivery.
Please bear with us as it may take a little longer than usual to serve you and to get certain lines in stock.
We will be constantly reviewing our service and reacting accordingly.
