What do you sell online?
We sell a variety of uPVC products such as: Fascias, Soffits, Cladding, Guttering and all the subsequent accessories to support their installation. We also sell general building and installation products such as: Sealants, Glues, Foams, Gloves, Silicone and much more.
Do you sell windows/doors/conservatories?
Yes, we are major sellers of various windows, doors and conservatories types and specifications, tailored to your individual needs. Due to these items being made to order products, we ask that enquires should be requested directly by contacting us on 01566 773777. This way we can individualise your requirements so you receive the product(s) you want.
What warranty do my products have?
All products we sell have a manufactured back warranty. All fascias, soffits, cladding and guttering we supply will be correct to specification at time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and discolouration for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery. All general building and installation products we sell often have manufacture supported warranties, where appropriate, and each product should be reviewed individually for any subsequent warrant length.
How can I pay for my goods?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the use of PayPal. We do not accept cheques for online purchases.
What do you charge for delivery?
Our standard delivery charge is £6.99 per delivery. However, we offer free delivery for any orders above £150 (Inc. VAT). Additional delivery charges may be issued for delivery beyond specified geographical locations. Our full terms of delivery charges can be found in the Delivery section of our Terms and Conditions.
Where do you deliver to?
All fascias, soffits, cladding, guttering and related accessories are restricted to delivery only in the TR, PL, EX and TQ postcodes (Devon and Cornwall). All general building products can be delivered across the UK, via a designated courier. Additional charges may be issued for any deliveries beyond the specified postcodes.
When will my products be delivered?
Your delivery should arrive by the specified delivery date on your order confirmation or the agreed delivery date if renegotiated. Certainly, products should arrive with customers no more than 28 days after the received order acknowledgement. If beyond this, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying all relevant details and order number.
Can I have my good delivered the next day?
We are committed to try and accommodate delivery deadlines as far as reasonably possible but unfortunately we cannot promise to complete any deliveries the next day after an order has been submitted. We apologise for this inconvenience. We advise that any order should be done with the understanding that short delivery turn arounds may not be possible.
Will I have to sign for the delivery?
Yes, delivery cannot be left unsigned, so you should make sure somebody is available at the delivery address to take receipt of the delivery and sign to prove the delivery has been received.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
As such yes, you will receive an email to acknowledge we have received your order and it is being duly processed. An additional email will be sent once we can confirm we can meet and fulfil your order.
Can I get a refund or exchange on any of my goods?
In short yes, any product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Any made to measure products are unfortunately exempt from this. My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
All of our products are checked upon packaging and leaving our warehouse. Please report any damages within 48 hours of signing for the goods. If damages are noticed at the time of delivery, please sign for the order as damaged. Damages should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org and subsequent information and evidence should be provided where possible. We will not accept responsibility for damaged goods once the items have been used or installed. For more information, please see the Refunds/Returns section of our Terms and Conditions.
My order has not arrived on the delivery date, what should I do?
In the rare event that products do not arrive on or prior to the specified delivery date, you should contact us on email@example.com. However, we advise allowing up to 28 days after the order acknowledgement is received before making any contact. Any correspondence should include: order number, order content and specified delivery date.
Do you have any trade stores?
We currently operate two trade stores, located in Cornwall. They can be found at Launceston and Bodmin. Please refer to the Company information or Contact Us to get the specific addresses for our two stores and their opening times.
